    class description

    GABRIELLE SPIELLER

    Contemporary – Prepare for a highly physical Contemporary class that blends technique, floor work, release, and strengthening. Expect to challenge your body, open your mind, and sharpen your sensitivity. Dancers are encouraged to own the material, take bold risks, and move at their fullest capacity. We’ll build into a contemporary phrase that weaves together elements from earlier exercises and reflects the relationship between our everyday selves and our dancing selves. As we explore range, texture, strength, and vulnerability, we’ll uncover surprises and expand what we believe is possible. With patience, awareness, and imagination—let’s dance!
